Platte City Friends of the Arts Summer Concert Series featured a Righteous Rides downtown car show

Sometimes, a nice, easy, small town car cruise is a great way to relax. The Platte City Friends of the Arts had the July installment of their Summer Concert Series last Saturday night, and the Righteous Rides Car Club brought out a select group of members and friends to attract a few gear heads to the free performance.

Local performer Matt Snook performed some easy-going country favorites under the Platte City Courthouse steps, while the Platte County Historical Society provided free ice cream to the hot crowd.
